How we handle your personal data

This policy explains how Pipa Media FZC (“Pipa Media”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit pipame.com, fill in one of our forms or otherwise contact us.

Information you give us: when you fill in a contact, enquiry or creator application form, email us, message us on WhatsApp or social media, or speak to us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, role, website, social media handles, budget and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically: when you visit pipame.com we and our service providers may collect technical data such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay and the website that referred you, using cookies and similar technologies.

We use personal data to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver our services; to manage creator and client relationships; to send you information you have asked for, from which you can unsubscribe at any time; to understand how our website is used and measure the performance of our advertising; to keep our website secure; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
